REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (preloaded SD cards), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies regardless of whether:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product was purchased by mistake

  • The customer decides they no longer want the item

Please review the product description, compatibility details, and usage instructions carefully before placing your order.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, as processing begins immediately.

Usage & Compatibility Responsibility

Our SD cards are delivered preloaded and tested to ensure they function as described.

Any modification to the SD card — including but not limited to:

  • Formatting

  • Deleting files

  • Altering data

will permanently change the product and void any eligibility for support, refund, or replacement.

When inserting the SD card into your device (e.g., Steam Deck), you may be prompted to format it.
Do not format the SD card, as this will erase the preloaded content and render the product unusable as intended.

Defective Items

Each SD card is tested multiple times prior to shipping.
Issues caused by user action, incorrect setup, or failure to follow instructions are not considered defects.
